I wish I had read this page before going there to let them do the evaluation, because the college I wanted to get into told me they only did business with them. According to them; My college diploma (from the Netherlands) was nothing more than a senior high school diploma...it is a bachelor level degree, 4 years of college.

I paid a lot of money...way too much... it took them over 3 months to get this result? Never ever go there! they rip you off !!

They are also rude, dont pick up the phone or answer your email...

Bad bad people! Wished I had never ever heard of them, would have gone to WES!

I have the same problem with everybody here. I lost my money, my time and even my chance to the school that I applied.

They took my money even they did nothing. After I request my documents back, they also threaten me that I will lost my documents if I do not pay more 20 $ for them. They are greedy dirty. Curse come home to road, they will get the result what they did.

I hope everybody can go there and tell the truth about this them.

I wish this awful company can be closed forever. The only thing they care about is money.

They require customers to send important documents including original diploma etc, but won't return them unless customer pay a very expensive mailing fee. Their processing time is extremely long. They claimed that the regular processing time is 15 days, but you'll have to wait more than 1 month to hear anything from them. If you are in a rush, you must pay much more money (twice the price).

I assume they share a part of the fee from the students with the university (like USC). This is so unfair.

I have used WES before and the experience is way better. Unfortunately USC does not accept WES so I have to have this awful experience.
